    Delivered for over 10 consecutive years world class Surfing and Bodyboarding events, Brazilian Footvolley League, the Desafio Super Bra de Beach Rugby, the world’s largest Beach Rugby tournament sponsored by Bradesco (Brazilian private bank), created and oversaw the grass-root project of the first Rugby Academy in Brazil for Unilever and during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, managed the Visa Vip Hospitality for JP Morgan Chase cardholders.

  • Adrian has over 25 years in the Sports, Marketing and Events world. An ACA, he has previously created and executed corporate development strategies for PLCs in these sectors, worked within numerous entrepreneurial fast growing businesses as a CFO/COO and has worked with Andrew for over 15 years including the development of WSM. Adrian is supporting the growth of The Institute of Sports Humanities alongside Andrew and the team.

    He is also consulting for numerous companies in these sectors across finance, acquisitions, commercial and financial due diligence projects, growth management programmes and the professionalisation of back office operations.

  • Nick has nearly 20 years of private equity experience in helping fund, invest and manage a portfolio of gaming, sporting and media interests.

    This includes the first B2B betting exchange, the owning of numerous high street bookmakers, funding and operating several sports betting assets, the funding and launching of the first national newspaper in the UK in 30 years i.e. The Sportsman as well as financing and the acquisition of, several other gaming, sporting and media assets.

    Tom Rann is Account Director at 5Oceans Partnership and Institute Co-Ordinator at the Institute of Sports Humanities. Tom has over 13 years’ experience in the sports industry specialising in brand strategy, sponsorship, marketing, events and education.

    Tom has worked with a variety of international brands, including Hyundai, Kia, ABRDN, Tullow Oil, CLIC Sargent, Stand Up To Cancer, Jupiter Asset Management, ISPS Handa as well as a portfolio of global properties and rights holders (FIFA, UEFA, NFL, PGA European Tour golf, IRB Rugby 7s, England Cricket, UCI Continental Cycling), and leading education institutes such as Loughborough and Buckingham University.

  • Ed is the former National Selector for England cricket. He is an author (including What Sport Tells Us About Life), academic and journalist (New Statesman, BBC and Sunday Times). As a professional cricketer, he played for Kent, England and was club captain of Middlesex when they won their first major title for 15 years. Ed is Co-Founder of ISH.

  • David has enjoyed more than 25 years of experience in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors, including as MD of Sky UK’s Broadband division.

    He is a member of AFC Wimbledon’s Finance Committee and a Governor at Hampton School Trust, one of the UK’s leading independent schools. When he’s not working, he’s often on his bike.
