Andrew WHITE – Chairman
Andrew is Executive Chairman of 5Oceans Partnership, launched in 2016, which is a Commercial Entertainment business with emphasis on the Sports and Music Arenas in London, Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro and The Bahamas. 5Oceans has recently concluded two major partnerships for Laureus Sports Awards and Taylor Swift.
He is an Investor and Chairman of leAD Sports, the Leading Sports investment ecosystem - focused on funding and nurturing early-stage start-ups, with innovative products and business models in the sports sector. Andrew is an Investor and Director of Who Knows Wins, an interactive social gaming platform which was one of the first companies leAD and Andrew invested in.
Andrew is also Non-Executive Chairman of The Institute of Sports Humanities, partnering with the University of Buckingham, to provide the future leaders in the Sports industry with an MA, due to launch in Autumn 2019. Future partnerships to be announced as ISH looks to build a global footprint.
Prior to this, Andrew spent the early part of his career building WSM Communications into one of Europe’s most successful Sports Marketing Agencies, which in 2014 was acquired by Bill Gates and his Entertainment Group, Corbis.

Producer for fans and partners who share love of entertainment, produced film/drama, ANIME, music and sports in traditional media, online/digital media and LIVE events; Consultant for executives, managers and investors, taken deeper dives into data and market researches in pursuit of insights and strategies for the future; and Entrepreneur who enjoys bringing innovative ideas to life.
Shaun Springer – Music Partner
A career spanning 20 years leading successful brand strategy, commercial strategic partnerships for Global Blue Chip Companies from Sainsburys, Sky, and most recently as Head of Brand, Sponsorship and Global Entertainment for MasterCard. His key to success has been through defining and understanding consumer insights across both B2B and B2C categories and developing winning strategic plans and partnerships to deliver business results, revenue and ROI. A key highlight has been the leadership and evolving the winning brand of Priceless and partnerships that delivered significantly growth of the business and revenue.
RASHA KAWALIT – ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Rasha Kawalit is Account Director at 5Oceans Partnership focusing on delivering partnerships and activations. Rasha also supports on ongoing new business efforts. Rasha has over 10 years’ experience in Marketing and Partnerships working for Laureus - a joint venture between Richemont and Daimler. Rasha worked across key areas of the Laureus business as well as managed and implemented world-class international Laureus events. A key highlight for Rasha was managing and driving Laureus’ global partnership with IWC Schaffhausen. Rasha worked collaboratively with IWC HQ and its key markets ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. Rasha has recently left the Laureus organisation after an incredibly successful period.
Flavio Brito – Partner
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Flavio Brito has over 20 years of sport events management, marketing, project management, sponsorship, tax incentive project development and highly skilled in sponsorship negotiation. Delivered for over 10 consecutive years world class Surfing and Bodyboarding events, Brazilian Footvolley League, the Desafio Super Bra de Beach Rugby, the world’s largest Beach Rugby tournament sponsored by Bradesco (Brazilian private bank), created and oversaw the grass-root project of the first Rugby Academy in Brazil for Unilever and during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, managed the Visa Vip Hospitality for JP Morgan Chase cardholders.
ADRIAN DE LA TOUCHE – ACQUISITIONS AND MERGERS PARTNER
Adrian has over 20 years in the Sports, Marketing and Events world. An ACA, he has previously created and executed corporate development strategies for PLCs in these sectors, worked within numerous entrepreneurial fast growing businesses as a CFO/COO and has worked with Andrew for over 10 years including the development of WSM. Adrian is supporting the launch of The Institute of Sports Humanities alongside Andrew. He is also consulting for numerous companies in these sectors across acquisitions, commercial and financial due diligence projects, growth management programmes and the professionalisation of back office operations.
NICK JONES – GAMING ADVISOR
Nick has nearly 20 years of private equity experience in helping fund, invest and manage a portfolio of gaming, sporting and media interests. This includes the first B2B betting exchange, the owning of numerous high street bookmakers, funding and operating several sports betting assets, the funding and launching of the first national newspaper in the UK in 30 years i.e. The Sportsman as well as financing and the acquisition of, several other gaming, sporting and media assets.

Tom Rann is Account Director at 5Oceans Partnership and Institute Co-Ordinator at the Institute of Sports Humanities. Tom has over 9 years’ experience in the sports industry specialising in brand strategy, sponsorship, marketing, events and account management. Tom has worked with a variety of international brands, including Hyundai, Kia, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Tullow Oil, CLIC Sargent, Stand Up To Cancer, Jupiter Asset Management, ISPS Handa and also a portfolio of global properties and rights holders (FIFA, UEFA, NFL, PGA European Tour golf, IRB Rugby 7s, England Cricket, UCI Continental Cycling).
